The Annual Meeting of Regular Members ofGreat FallsBasketball is scheduled to be held at 7:00 PM on Thursday, June 5, 2025 via a conference call. Call details will be shared with anyone who RSVP’s that they plan to attend the meeting.

At this meeting we plan to address the following items:

The ratification of the reelection of three members of the Board of Directors:

Jim Fitzmaurice, Kevin Powers and Ryan West

The ratification of three new members of the Board of Directors:

Kari Carey,DynneSingh and Larry Zmuda

As defined by the By-Laws, “Regular Members” are any individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older that servedGreat FallsBasketball during the 2024 - 2025 season in any of the following positions:

• Officers and Directors
• Grade Group Coordinators (GGC)
• Head Coaches
