Hi GF Hoops Families,

Picture Day for Great Falls Basketball is this Saturday, December 13th, at the Forestville Elementary School Cafeteria.  Pictures are for House League teams in grades 2–5. If other teams would like to have photos taken, please coordinate with your coach to sign up for an available time slot.

Please check the attached schedule for your team’s assigned time and plan to arrive a few minutes early (changes or updates will be posted to our website). Individual and team photos will be taken. These make treasured memories and great keepsakes, so players should wear their jerseys and bring their best smile!

Parents: Please supervise your children during Picture Day. No wandering the hallways—and please remind them not to touch the fire alarms. We tested it: they do not improve vertical leap or shooting accuracy. Also, no dribbling or bouncing basketballs inside the school. Photo equipment is expensive to replace, and so are the glass display cases, windows, and exit signs in the hallways. Most photo sessions will be completed within 20 minutes.

Orders should be placed before or on Picture Day. Orders placed after Picture Day will incur additional processing fees.

Very Important Instructions (please read to ensure your child’s photos can be processed correctly):

• When an online order is placed, an order number is generated.

• This order number must be written on the photo slip (provided at the shoot) and handed to the photographer when your child’s picture is taken.

• Orders cannot be processed without this order number.

• Parents will receive the order number via both email and text.

• Each child must have a separate order number. If you are ordering for multiple children, please complete checkout for one child before starting the next.

Credit card payments are accepted only through online ordering.
