House Refund Policy

1. Requests for refunds, for any reason including illness and injury, must be in writing and must be received by November 3, 2026.
2. A $25 processing fee per player will apply to all requests, except as noted in #3 below.
3. High School Team Exception: A player who participates in high school tryouts and is subsequently selected to play for their high school basketball team may request and will receive a full refund along with our congratulations.
4. Great Falls Basketball reserves the right to cancel any programs in the event there is not sufficient demand (registrations) or if there is not sufficient space allocated from the County. Notification of any cancellations will be sent via email to registered participants and a full refund of your registration fee will be processed.
