1. Requests for refunds must be in writing and must be received by Friday, August 25, 2023 to receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee per player, per session.

2. Requests for refunds, for any reason including injury and illness, received in writing between August 26-31, 2023, will be issued in full less a $50 processing fee per player, per session.

3. No refunds or credits will be issued after Wednesday, August 31, 2023.

4. Great Falls Basketball reserves the right to cancel any programs in the event there is not sufficient demand (registrations). Notification of any cancellations will be sent via email to registered participants and a full refund will be processed.
