Disruptive Behavior Policy

GF Hoops reserves the right to remove participants at any time throughout the course of the season, a clinic or camp, if a child is being disruptive to the teaching and learning environment or displays behaviors that cause concern for the safety and well-being of other participants and are considered a violation of the GF Hoops Code of Conduct. The trainer, referees, head coach or Board of Directors may remove a participant from the session in which they are being disruptive and the parent will be notified by a Board Member. If the disruptive behavior persists after parent notification into subsequent sessions, the participant and parent will be notified in writing by a Board of Director member that the child can no longer participate in the program.

Disruptive behaviors may include but are not limited to:

- inability to follow the format, rules and instructions
- overly aggressive play or aggression towards other players, - unyielding arguments,
- untimely talking/laughing/crying or other outbursts.

A refund will not be given if a participant is removed due to disruptive behaviors.
