1. Requests for refunds, for any reason including injury and illness, must be received in writing.

2.Requests received by Monday February 23, 2026, will receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee per player, per session.

3.Requests received between Tuesday February 24, 2026 and Monday March 2, 2025 will receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee per player, per session.

4. No refunds or credits will be issued after Monday, March 2, 2026.

5. Great Falls Basketball reserves the right to cancel any programs in the event there is not sufficient demand (registrations). Notification of any cancellations will be sent via email to registered participants and a full refund will be processed.
