1. Requests for refunds, for any reason including injury and illness, must be received in writing.

2.Requests received by Monday August 25th, will receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee per player, per session.

3.Requests received between Tuesday August 26, 2025 and Monday September 1, 2025 will receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee per player, per session.

4. No refunds or credits will be issued after Monday, September 1, 2025.

5. Great Falls Basketball reserves the right to cancel any programs in the event there is not sufficient demand (registrations). Notification of any cancellations will be sent via email to registered participants and a full refund will be processed.
